Character Biography
Born in the vibrant metropolis of Lirsautton V, Bill Lee was raised amidst the cultural richness and political idealism of the Gallente Federation. A child of Intaki descent, Bill grew up at the intersection of art, diplomacy, and individualism—core tenets of both his heritage and the Federation itself. His parents, both educators and political advocates, instilled in him a strong sense of civic duty and intellectual freedom from a young age.
Drawn to the stars early in life, Bill enrolled in the Federal Naval Academy, where he showed aptitude not just in flight and combat, but in negotiation and subterfuge. Though he earned commendations for tactical brilliance, his tendency to question orders and challenge institutional rigidity marked him as a maverick.
After graduating and completing a brief service tour with a Federation reconnaissance unit, Bill chose the path of the capsuleer—not out of ambition, but from a desire to chart his own course and test the limits of freedom. With the neural link implant and his first capsuleer clone, Bill shed his mortal limitations and stepped into the boundless void.
Today, he operates as an independent pilot, taking contracts that align with his values—or, at times, simply his curiosity. Known in some circles as a diplomatic freelancer and in others as a capable skirmisher, Bill is a staunch believer in self-determination and the right of all people to forge their own destiny, even as he navigates the complex and often contradictory politics of New Eden.
Whether flying solo through the fringes of lowsec or coordinating small fleets against pirate factions, Bill Lee embodies the Gallente ideal: free-thinking, fiercely independent, and always chasing the next frontier.
