Character Biography
The Amatin Family, with connections in Gallente diplomatic channels for almost ninety years now, traditionally encourage their offspring to pursue careers in civil service, often starting at the Federal Navy Academy or Center for Advanced Studies. Following in his great grandfather's footsteps, Elrin did accept a position at CAS, to his family's delight, only to submit his resignation after a week.
He began working part-time in the secretariat office of the Federation's diplomatic offices in Villore, while maintaining a Director role in the capsuleer corporation, Gallente Nightmares. Specializing in anti-pirate operations, Elrin's primary imcome source was the bounties collected while completing routine security objectives for the Federal Intelligence Office. The agents paid him reliably and consistently, but it grew mundane and boring quickly, and having to constantly check in with the agents was seen as a tremendous waste of his time. There were far greater riches to be made in the outer reaches of New Eden, far from the influence and control of the Federation...and in complete freedom from the often self-serving agents of empire space.
