Character Biography
10B prize pool 5-person-team Destroyer PVP tournament
Matches will be live-streamed and tentatively arranged for 8-11 p.m. (GMT+8) each night until noon the upcoming Sunday. Promoting and participating enthusiastically would be appreciated.
Rules, in Short:
1. Team-up with fitted ships and sign up
2. Warp to referee in Jita after matchmaking
3. Engage in combat following activation of filaments
Long version:
Course of event:
1. Team captain forms the 5-person-team(character not player) in Jita following instructions(Running multiple clients permitted). After assuring that no interfering timer is in effect, the team captain should check-in with the referee through the in-game channel to file queuing requests. Please inform the referee should you wish to leave during the matchmaking process. For waiting time beyond 30 minutes, each person will be granted 1 point.
2. Before matchmaking, please ensure that the correct overview settings are in play to avoid cases where opponent team members are not showing. Switch the safety setting to partial or disabled, and set the ship name to your name.
3. When matching is completed, the referee will invite the captains of the two teams to become the wing commanders in the same fleet. The captains will then invite their wing members into the fleet, and warp all members to the referee’s location at 0.
4. When each and every member is in the fleet, please set temporary standings for IFF purpose, and confirm the overview is correctly adjusted. The two captains will then report in fleet channel that the teams are ready. The referee will then activate Pochven filaments after confirmation and declare the start of combat.
5. A 5-minute countdown timer, marking the combat’s time limit, would begin following the activation of the filament. During this time no one shall fire upon the referee, and no ship nor pod should warp away from the battlefield. During combat, no one shall be further than 150km away from the referee, otherwise the person that goes beyond this limit will score no points no matter the team wins or loses, but can still continue to engage in that combat. The referee would send out a 20-second remaining reminder in the local chat channel, and the teams will be expected to cease fire when the timer ends. Should any loss be caused by one-side not disengaging on time,
