Ricki is the daughter of the infamous pirate Rick Hardslab. A childhood spent looting plunder and watching space battles through a porthole aboard her father’s Manticore earned her an intimate understanding of the tricks of the trade, both pirate and smuggler alike. She was well underway following in his footsteps when she caught a glimpse of her first blockade runner—freshly captured by their fleet near Orvolle—and fell head over heels for the Prowler's gleaming gold and black lines.
As captain of that blockade runner, the Piistol Star, she thrived in the shadows smuggling stolen cargo and vital supplies throughout Syndicate and the Outer Ring. Later she started running megacyte and amassed the small fortune she used to build Nefarious Agency, a scattered collection of mining operations, factories, and shipyards based in the Rens system. These days Ricki spends her time exploring the depths of unknown space seeking out riches, and more importantly, adventures.
