They attack and destroy barges and exhumers of all types in moon, ice and asteroid belts. They are prolific. Check the Kill Board link.
If you are in a barge or exhumer and you see the scout in local chat, assume he is cloaked right next to you and the gankers are on the way AND DOCK! If you see the gankers in local its probably already too late.
If the scout leaves, assume he will be back AND DOCK!
These gankers are based in Hek.

All barge and exhumer miners need to be on the look out for Zaenis Desef. He flies a Talos and needs no scout. He will just look around and attack you directly, yes, sacrificing the Talos. If you see him, DOCK IMMEDIATELY.
