Known Details:
Having broken off from the Gallente Federation Navy after a lengthy term, one which saw him rise through the ranks at a questionably fast rate, which some questioned.
It has been said that Zadari had a dispute with a high ranking Gallente official over a top secret mission that went wrong. At this point all we know are rumours, which say that Zadari, although apparently still loyal to the Gallente Federation, having retained security clearance, formed a top secret syndicate known by some as the 'Rogue Terror Squad'.
Details of the organisation's objectives are currently unknown. Some say the dispute was a cover up and that Zadari was asked to form this organisation by the Gallente Federation who firmly deny these rumours. Some Minmatar rebels who were questioned remained silent, it seems nobody will talk.
