Character Biography
Born into a minor noble house on Hedion Prime, Thoros Fenrir was the third son of Lord Armad Fenrir, a bureaucrat assigned to the Ministry of Internal Order. His bloodline was once close to the royal Ardishapur Family, but centuries of political decay and scandal had reduced House Fenrir to ceremonial relevance.
