Arcadius Drakenhoff's attitude exemplifies the Khanid society, accepting technology and free trade while integrating traditional Amarrian values. Arcadius wears an inverted Amarrian symbol as an homage to Garkeh Khanid (Khanid II), showing his personal primacy over religious laws.
