Character Biography

Soon after arriving to New Eden I jumped through a wormhole into j-space and never looked back. In the few months I have been a pilot I have logged more hours in j-space than k-space by far.

My love for exploring j-space and cleaning out the litter that ancient vagrants left behind soon led me to a nice group of people who loved wormhole exploration as much as I did... maybe more. They gave me ships and guiance to continue my work, and all I had to do was help them maintain their own cans they wanted to leave in space. These folks were very nice, very welcoming, but I couldn't shake this nagging feeling that the cans I was maintaining for them were litter too..

..ultimatley this groups philosophy on remaining neutral to all other citizens in New Eden was not something I could uphold. I found myself.. taking sides.

One day, as I was cleaning ancient litter, and leaving 'rescue' litter behind I came upon a gorup of people living in a j-space system! I thought to myself, what could be better than exloring j-space other than living there! They welcomed me in provided me safe harbour. They did not require that I renouce my old group to join theirs but I found myself conflicted. To remain true doctrine of my current group it would mean I could not defend the space of my new friends, and worse I could not use my love for exploring to help these welcoming strangers map the systems around them.

It wasn't an easy choice to leave the people who so generously helped me get my start in j-space but joining this small family of friends, of all different walks of life, it allowed me to ask questions I was not permitted to ask before. Questions like, aren't we better than them? Should their stuff be our stuff? Why is some space litter permitted and others not?

So I made my choice..and the next chapter begins.
