Verti Go was born on the harsh and rugged landscapes of the Minmatar home planet of Matar, into a family of skilled craftsmen who specialized in shipbuilding. From an early age, she was surrounded by the sounds of metalwork and the stories of her ancestors’ struggles for freedom from the Amarr Empire. These tales fueled her passion for independence and her desire to contribute to her people's liberation.
Growing up, Verti exhibited a natural aptitude for engineering and mechanics. She spent countless hours in her family's workshop, learning the intricacies of ship design and repair. Inspired by her mother's ingenuity and her father's perseverance, she worked tirelessly to hone her skills, often dreaming of one day piloting her own ship and joining the fight for Minmatar freedom.
At the age of 16, Verti left her home to join a local training academy where she studied spacecraft systems and combat tactics. Her tenacity and determination earned her a place among the best students, and she quickly gained a reputation as a talented technician and a proficient pilot. She distinguished herself not only through her technical knowledge but also by her leadership skills, often rallying her classmates to work as a cohesive unit.
