Achuran Born and notedly militaristic in carriage, the XO of The Ronin Wind serves as the 2nd in command under the markedly more charismatic Roland Cassidy as the iron backbone of the corporation. While admittedly Xin is taciturn and serious minded, the Capital Fleet has grown leaps and bounds under her ministrations and has many accolades of her own, including the downing of 9 titans and supporting Archons, Revelations, and Naglfars in the Bloodbath of B-R5B.
Xin Ouituni has served alongside Commander Cassidy since the formation of The Legion of Tovil-Toba. Where she met Eli McKenzie and impressed him with her no-nonsense approach to being a capsuleer, and her devotion to her allies. At one point after a particularly hazardous sortie while clearing Geminate of an enemy Capital fleet, Ex Omega narrowly saved Eli's pod from destruction in hull, rendering the procedure of extricating the capsuleer without lasting damage to his neuroports difficult. The XO sat outisde the emergency medical unit for 48 hours to ensure the pilot was safe, earning not only his respect but his lasting admiration. To this day the pair have a long standing if... complicated... relationship, with her feeling like her duties to the Corporation and Alliance are her primary concern, despite any feelings she may have for him, and Eli, stubbornly refusing to give up his quest to win her over.
