Fleet rules:
1. Always ask if you can bring a Drake.
2. Ask if you have been papped yet. Ask early and often. This is important! Best time to ask is while you are still docked.
3. Ask for second pap while undocking.
4. Ask if fleet has left while fleet is still forming.
5. Ask if you can still join the fleet at the 2 hour mark and you must still be at least 50 jumps away.
6. When FC jump and hold(this is important) warp to next gate. FC'S love lemmings.
