Character Biography
A child of wildcat asteroid miners, Ty grew up with a great love of open space and a strong aversion to tedium. He signed up for the Federal Navy and, despite shockingly bad math scores, managed to get into the capsuleer pilot program; what he lacked with trajectory calculations he more than made up for in the ease with which he interfaced with various ships.
His period of service with the Fed Navy came to an early end following his discovery of a wormhole that led to a forgotten and, more importantly, rich system among the lost constellations of Anoikis. He sold the location of the system to the highest bidder, paid off his debt to the Navy, and went the route of independent scout.
After several years spent roaming wormholes, Ty returned to known space, wealthy enough to do what he liked and restless from lack of purpose.
