[ ] POS Bash/Save
[ ] KIA whilst bearing (was running mission/site/PI/plex and was scanned out)
[ ] War
[ ] Login Trap (aka Loginski)
[ ] Piracy
[ ] I have no idea, I woke up in the medical bay
2) What did you lose (check all that apply)
[ ] Ship
[ ] Lots of t2/faction mods
[ ] Pod
3) Do you wish you had/could have paid a ransom?
[ ] Yes
[ ] No
[ ] I paid the ransom and was released
[ ] I didnt have enough isk to pay
[ ] I was AFK and did not see the convo/local ransom offer
4) If you got pod killed, do you want to buy your corpse
or else it will remain in the meatlocker?
