Dirty martinis are the pickle backs of the cocktail world.
My fav martini is two dashes orange bitters, 3/4 oz Dolin dry vermouth, 2 1/4 oz of a good london dry gin, stir over ice until the glass frosts up, pour into a frozen glass, drop an olive in, take a lemon peel swatch, express the peel over the top of the martini and discard the peel.
Serve cold as my heart and drink before it gets warm.
