Character Biography
EVE
Skill Injectors
Kill: iSIM Kouvo (Procurer)
Black and white thinking tells us there are two kinds of eve players:
PVP Guy: Everything sucks except sitting at a gate and shooting people as they come through or flying tackle for my big corp.
PVE Guy: Sits with a green visor and sleeve garters on and an adding machine counting isk/hr as his AFK ship blows up rats.
There are some of us who do not fall into either category. We just want to do something fun and visual. Sometimes I run a mission. Sometimes I mine somewhere dangerous. Sometimes I fit up a ship and go into lowsec and rat just for the added excitement of thinking someone will chase me. Sometimes I go exploring in null and travel there the long way. Sometimes I accept a hauling contract in null or FW low sec and fly my ship there just to see if I can. Sometimes I dive in a wormhole, blow up some rats, run some sites, come back with a venture, and try to steal all of the gas before the owners wake up.
For me, Eve is a collection of different video games set in a pretty sci-fi environment... not some sort of business simulator or test of manhood. It's just something I do when the chores are done, the bills are paid, and everyone else is asleep.
I guess my kind is close minded as well, because I have no idea why pvp guy and pve guy approach the game that way. Seems like a drag.
