The Yosai-Jotai Provisions Company is a registered joint-venture subsidiary of the Caldari State's Storm Peaks Policy Trust, formed by the Kaalakiota and Sukuuvestaa megacorporations as well as several other corporate entities from across New Eden.
Led by the veteran SuVee executive Ittan Tatani, Yosai-Jotai is approved of but has never been given an official statement of purpose by its parent megacorporations. Instead operating largely without oversight, free to pursue its own agenda, while upholding the interests of both sponsoring megacorporations.
Based on the Achur homeworld in the Saisio system, the visible activities of Yosai-Jotai includes trade links and corporate partnerships that it has established far and wide across New Eden, both in and out of secure space.
