Unity управляется централизованно через Центральный Комитет партии (орган определяющий внутреннюю и внешнюю политику, осуществляющий общее управление и контроль за деятельностью членов коммуны. Избирается на определенный срок.), а также временно действующим органом как Верховный совет (Созывается в определенные периоды. Собирается из числа депутатов исключительно состоящих из простых рабочих. Формирует общую повестку развития Коммуны, а также влияет на политику сообщества).
