The 1st Strategic Intelligence Expeditionary Fleet was commissioned by Mekamireki Fedas to explore and research the secrets of the EVE Gate. Put under the command of Valandur IX, he has focused on creating an organization composed of capsuleers able to operate self-sufficiently as a unit in all forms of space.
