The Elysium Council is a neutral, non-profit, player driven initiative that bestows awards to pilots for their exceptional skill in pvp combat.
The Council hands out 3 awards as follows,
The White Star of Amara - Awarded to pilots with 1,000 solo kills
The Grace of Amara - Awarded to pilots with 500 solo kills
The Justice of Amara - Awarded to pilots with 5,000 kills in fleet combat
To claim your decoration, evemail Yoshi Sinn, apply to join The Elysium Council for the ceremony, an invitation to join will be then sent - once awarded, you may depart (your decoration will forever remain). Please make sure you are ready to rejoin your previous corp.

She championed the Council, seeing them not just as eternal record keepers, but as guardians of virtue, valor, and bravery in a galaxy embroiled in conflict.
Though shrouded in mystery, tales of the council persisted. In the fires of conquest, the council served as a beacon of honor, reminding even the bloodiest warlords that valor transcended bloodshed.
